IF INTERESTED IN ORDERING A CAKE, please remember we are a SPECIALTY CAKE SHOP. Every cake is baked to order and is extremely difficult to fulfill last minute orders due to high demand, but please contact us immediately as we may have an opening. We are so thankful and blessed to be as busy as we are.
ALL CAKE ORDERS (custom and simple) must be placed minimum 1 week in advance. Orders for 3D or stand up fondant toppers must be placed at least 10 days in advance in order for the fondant toppers to be made, set up and dry. We can not expedite this process, so please plan accordingly. Please keep in mind when planning your event, to order your cake. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we find it necessary to implement this policy to ensure all of our cakes are of the absolute highest quality, and each custom cake receives the attention to detail that it deserves.
We make every attempt to respond to emails quickly. However at times while we are baking, it's difficult to check and respond. If you are in need of immediate assistance, please give us a call. All emails will be responded to within 48 hours. Thank you!
A 50% Non-Refundable deposit is due upon receipt of your invoice (within 24 hours). If you order is placed less than 7 days in advance of event date, full payment is due in order to secure your date.
Please inform me of any corrections, additions, or alterations to your order no later than 10 days before your event date. Any changes made after this deadline may be subject to additional last minute charges. No changes to your order is allowed once payment is received. No refunds or exchanges are granted, unless verified by Tee's Cakes & Confections and are under discretion. Tee's Cakes & Confections is not held liable for any damages that may occur AFTER pickup/delivery. Any additonal changes or alterations made to your order after recipt of your order, via Tee's Cakes & Confections, are an additional charge for labor and materials.
Once invoice is sent, and payment is made, ALL CHANGES ARE $10, NO EXCEPTIONS!

How do I place an order?

How much is a cake?
Cake pricing reflects design, detail, flavor, and size. No two cakes are exactly the same, so custom cakes have a custom price. Everything is freshly made and baked to order for YOUR special event. We are more than happy to help you stay in a specific price range, as we offer many cake + treat packages.
How far in advance do I need to place my order?
Please remember that we are not your average bakery. We are a speciality dessert shop that bakes fresh daily. Every cake/cupcake order is MADE TO ORDER. All basic cupcake/cake/treat orders must be placed 1 week in advance. Tee's Cakes & Confections books occasion cakes at least 2-3 weeks in advance, and can only take a certain amount of cakes per week, so we recommend ordering your cake as soon as you know the details! Once a weekend is fully booked we are not able to take any more cakes. Large orders should be booked at least 1-2 months in advance to avoid disappointment.
Do you offer Dairy Free, Sugar Free or Vegan Desserts?
At this time, we do not carry dairy free, sugar free or vegan desserts. Please check in soon as we are currently working on a few recipes!
Do I need to leave a deposit on my order?
Yes, all orders require at least a 50% deposit upon booking. Your order will not go into the calendar without a deposit. Please note: The 50% deposit is non-refundable, as we may start to purchase the materials needed for your event. Full balance must be paid no later than 7 days in advance of pickup or delivery.
What is your refund/cancellation policy?

What information should I have ready before placing a cake order?
Please have your desired date, pick up/delivery time, cake size, flavor, filling and frosting ready. PLEASE research prior to placing your order. Due to an overwhelming amount of inquires, we are unable to research inspirations cakes for you.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, paypal, cashapp, debit, and all major credit cards. You can also make a deposit on the 'Contact' page.

How should I store my cupcakes/cakes overnight?
Any cupcakes with buttercream can be left room temperature over night. Cupcakes with fresh fruit, fresh whipped cream or cream cheese frosting should be refrigerated over night and be taken out 30-60 minutes before serving. Our cupcakes are best when room temperature. Please remember our boxes are not air tight. Boxes should be wrapped in seal wrap or foil or moved to an air tight container. Please consult us on how you should store your cake overnight!
